Description
Here are ten Nuremberg style "Rostbratwurst," typically thinner and smaller than ordinary bratwurst and usually roasted on a grill. With extra crunch, because these sausages are packed into a sheep casing. Great with sauerkraut. From the Stiglmeier Sausage Co, based in Wheeling, IL and founded by master butcher Anton Stiglmeier over 50 years ago. You can taste the authentic Bavarian heritage. USDA inspected.

Tastes like I’m there
My family is from southern Germany where pretzels and bratwurst are B.I.G. I made my aunt’s Schwäbisch potato salad and a Gurken Salat to go with it. When I closed my eyes, I felt like I was back in Öschingen. It was that delicious and that authentic! Will definitely be ordering more.

Stiglmeier Nuremberg-style Bratwurst
I've had the 'real deal' in Nürnberg. Twice! One of my favorite foods ever, so I was excited to try them. Ordered four packages (along with other various brats). I browned them in butter. They were delicious! A little longer size-wise than I'd experienced previously, but so tasty. I'll charcoal grill the second package when I have it, and I may eat 'em all in one sitting. I'm so glad to have found this product. Thank-you!

Nürnberger Bratwurst
I cooked these on the grill and they came out fantastisch! They were so good that I over-ate. These were the best that I have had since leaving Germany. Glad I ordered an extra pack! Will definitely buy again!
