Description
This is traditional Bavarian cold cut (literally: yellow sausage). The name comes from the yellow-orange casing, Traditionally, this sausage is made from pork and veal, with ginger, nutmeg and parsley. Put slices on whole grain breads or crusty rye bread or consume with radishes and Bavarian pretzels.
From the Stiglmeier Sausage Co, based in Wheeling, IL and founded by master butcher Anton Stiglmeier over 50 years ago. You can taste the authentic Bavarian heritage. USDA inspected.

I found my favorite here in the states
Kraeuter Gelbwurst is my favorite cold cut. I ate it for years in Germany, and for the last 16 years, unfortunately lived without it. I found it again here, and when it arrived, I cut into it immediately. Fantastic! Exactly what I have been missing and I love it. The Taste of Germany is my go to for my favorite.
