Lambertz Aachener Honig-Saftprinten are an authentic specialty from Aachen, Germany, combining soft, richly spiced gingerbread with aromatic honey and a generous coating of dark chocolate. The dough contains 17% honey, traditional spices and little pieces of crunchy rock sugar (Krümelkandis), creating the characteristic texture and deep flavor for which Aachener Printen are famous. Each 100g bag contains approximately eight Printen, just right for enjoying with coffee, tea, or a mug of Glühwein during the Christmas season.
