FrankischerGruenkern, or Green Spelt Wheat Flour, is a versatile and highly nutritious cereal that is a base for plant-based burger patties, soup, sauces and many other dishes. Very popular in the Northern Bavarian region of Franconia. Rich in minerals, especially magnesium and calcium. 250 g ground flour.
Made in Germany by Zimmermann's Muehle, based in Riedern.
