Kathi type 405 flour

This is the proper bread flour needed to make German bread and rolls. We lived in Germany before moving to the US a few years ago and we miss the German bakery goods very much, especially the brochen! This 405 flour is the only way to make it properly with the right taste and consistency. Gutes essen!
