Very tasty
Lachsschinken is one of my favorite hams. It really has nothing to do with Salmon, maybe the texture if it is shaved very thin. This is a very lean, mild tasting smoked ham. It is very tasty on a sandwich. Of course best with German Bauernbrot or Broetchen.
