Bierwurst (lit. beer sausage) is a Bavarian specialty sausage frequently consumed with beer. It is made from finely ground pork and beef meat and usually spiced with garlic, pepper, mustard seeds and nutmeg. In other parts of Germany, this sausage is known as Göttinger Bierwurst or as "Blasenwurst." based on the bubbly shape of the casing.

The Stiglmeier Fleischwurst contains finely ground pork, beef, garlic and spices. It resembles a similar german sausage called "Bierschinken" or "Schinkenwurst," with pieces of ham immersed in the finely ground sausage meat.  You can use it as cold cut on bread or cut in in big slices or chunks and consume with a Bavarian pretzel, radish and cold Bavarian beer.
