Delicious German whole grain bread containing tightly packed wholemeal rye flour, wheat protein, brown flax seed, pea meal, pea flour, rye bran apple vinegar, golden flaxseed, barley malt flour and other ingredients.
The sliced bread is slowly baked and vaccum-packed for freshness and long shelf life.
One slice alone contains 11g protein - 22% of the daily recommended value (DRV) - and 5g of fiber (18% of the DRV). In addition, this highly nutritional bread provides 15% DRV of iron and many other essential vitamins and minerals. Made by Germany's leading "Vollkornbrot" (whole grain bread) producer.
