Description
This authentic German Chocolate Chip Cake Mix contains all dry ingredients sufficient for a loaf pan (25 cm) or bundt (gugelhupf) pan (Ø 23 cm).
- 335 g cake mix
- 40 g chocolate chips
- 75 g cocoa-based fat glaze
You only need to add:
3 eggs (size M), 150 g butter or margarine, 4–5 tbsp milk or water
Ingredients:
CAKE MIX:
Wheat flour, sugar, wheat starch, leavening agents (disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate), table salt, flavoring
CHOCOLATE CHIPS (8.9%):
(Cocoa: minimum 32%) sugar, cocoa mass, low-fat cocoa (may contain traces of soy products)
COCOA-BASED FAT GLAZE (16.7%):
Palm fat (partially hydrogenated), sugar, low-fat cocoa (19%), emulsifier lecithins (soy), natural flavoring
May contain traces of hazelnuts, egg, and milk powder.
Note: Cake mixes and doughs made from them are not suitable for raw consumption and must always be thoroughly baked.
