This is Kathi's first and most famous product: a universal cake mix to make a fluffy German Torte (defined as base layer cake that will be topped with fruits or cream).
Light and airy, this sponge cake mix gives you an easy tool to make a perfect Obsttorte (fruit sponge cake) every time. Perfect to make a German Berry Nougat Torte or "Erdbeertorte mit Guss (Strawberry Sponge Cake with Glaze).
Just add 4 eggs and 2 tablespoons of water and 200g butter.
