Description
Make your own shortbread cake creations topped with strawberries or any other berries of your choice and glazed or with whipped cream. Germans call it "Erdbeertorte mit Guss" (Glazed Strawberry Cake).
The Kathi "Obstkuchen" (fruit cake) base mix has been created specially to absorb fruit juices during baking to keep the shape, so you can confidentially bake the cake already topped with fruits and glaze. Just add 2 eggs and 120g butter.
