Not just for sick days
Even that I always have some Zwieback in the house for us if we are sick, because it is easier to digest, I also like to eat it in between. It has a sweet taste and is amazing just with a little butter or margarine. Some of my kids even put some Salami or lunch meat on it. Very versatile. It brings me back to my childhood.
