- Hirschhornsalz (Ammonium Carbonate - a traditional Lebkuchen dough raising agent)
- Lebkuchenglocke 70 mm and 50 mm (to form the dough into perfect 70mm shapes)
- Oblaten Wafers 70mm and 50mm (the base that holds the dough in place)
