Debreziner are pork sausages with a fine texture and reddish-orange color. The name originated from the Hungarian city of Debrecen and these delicious, lightly spiced sausages were very sold across the entire Austrian-Hungarian empire and Germany. Spiced with paprika, garlic, pepper and marjoram., and laced with tiny pieces of pork. Boil, fry or grill these sausages to you own liking.

Versatile Sausage
Ate a lot of Debreziner in Germany and these taste just like them. They are great in Sauerkraut, in Gulaschsuppe, or straight from the Grill with some German potato salad. Binkert's makes great sausages and Wurst, if you live in Maryland go to their store for more varieties of cold cuts and sausages.

Excellent. Like the ones you get lat night after a lot of wine in one of the Buschen in Burgenland/Austria. With lots of sharp fresh shaved horseradish.

These sausages are spiced just right and were delivered cold-packed, cross-country to my door. Wünderbar!
