Mettwurst is a very finely-ground, cured pork/beef sausage, with a dusting of paprika, which is ready to eat. It is also called Teawurst, because it can be used for afternoon tea hours for those who don't like sweet spread.
Once it is unfrozen, keep in refrigerator and consumer within 3 weeks. You can re-freeze the sausage once you receive it from us.
