Description
Mettwurst is a very finely-ground, cured pork/beef sausage, with a dusting of paprika, which is ready to eat. It is also called Teawurst, because it can be used for afternoon tea hours for those who don't like sweet spread.
Once it is unfrozen, keep in refrigerator and consumer within 3 weeks. You can re-freeze the sausage once you receive it from us.
Please read our "Shipping Perishable Products" page. During warm weather-months, please only choose expedited, guaranteed shipping methods, like 3rd, 2nd and next ay Air. We will not refund the purchases of perishable that are shipped via Ground Transportation (including USPS Priority Mail), if the package delivery is delayed.

Taste of home
My wife is from Bavaria, and this is her favorite cold cut. I ordered it as a surprise, and she is ecstatic about it. She said that even in Germany, not all Mettwurst were good, and this is one is at the top with the best. She loves it and said to say thank you, Taste of Germany for delivering her favorite, and now she no longer has to live without it.
