Been buying it for years from various grocers. Lately from the Taste of Germany. Never had any issues with it and I love the taste. Christmas is not Christmas without marzipan! Taste of Germany double checks all items on my order, if an Item is close to expire, they notify me which I really appreciate. They care about their customers.

I could not find an expiration date on the loaf. The marzipan seemed fresh but the chocolate might have been too warm at one point and had a light waxy coloring here and there and the taste seemed a tiny bit off. The marzipan potatoes I also ordered had an expiration date and they were very fresh and moist.
