These Organic Mestemacher breads are baked with ingredients naturally grown without the use of chemical fertilizers or pesticides, and are high in fiber, low in fat and are cholesterol and wheat free.
Ingredients: Water, wholemeal wheat flour, wheat protein (16 %), brown linseed, sunflower seeds, pea meal (4 %), pea flour (3 %), rye bran, apple vinegar, golden linseed, dried wholemeal rye sourdough, salt, malted barley flour, yeast.
