This wine jelly is made from 52% premium German white wine – locally sourced from native Silvaner wine grapes grown in the Bavarian region of Franken (Franconia).
The Silvaner is one of the oldest types of white wine vines and is one of the typical vines for the Franconian region, with its wine being enjoyed at many different occasions. The delicately aromatic fruit flavour of Silvaner grape and our own recipe together make our jelly something very special indeed. And not only for wine connoisseurs!
These wine jellies makes a delicious topping, ingredient and condiment on the charcuterie board, add an extra kick and texture to sauces, dessert fillings,dressings, toppings and dips.
