Kuehnes Koerniger (Whole Grain) is a coarsely ground, medium hot mustard. Among chefs this type of mustard is also known as "Rôtisseur" mustard.  As most mustard seeds are intact, the mustard does not lose its aroma when heated. This makes it a great natural flavor enhancer for sauces, marinades, and broths.
