Traditional Potato Pancakes, made by Saxon potato specialist Werner, based in Freiberg (Saxony). Contains 2 bags, each containing potato mix to make 6 pancakes. Mix the content of one bag with 200ml water, stir, let rise and fry potato pancakes in hot vegetable oil.
