Very Close to Homemade
They’re delicious and easy to prepare. I’m not sure why they’re identified as “potato” dumplings. Authentic Austrian/Bohemian dumplings are flour/bread based, and so are these.

I used this mix on many occasions. The instructions are extremely easy to follow to achieve wonderful dumplings - so good actually - that you will not believe they are not homemade. I just ordered 6 boxes - I serve them with goulash and everybody loves them ....
