Just like in Germany
This is my sons favorite spread. In Germany, when he was little, he always called it Kalbsleberwurst, but in a manner like this is one word, without being a assembled noun, made of 3 words. It always sounded so strange. I love it too and so does my husband. It is really good on a Broetchen or Landbrot with some gherkins. I think it's perfect for kids as a school snack on a piece of toast.
