Pickerd's organic lemon paste adds a powerful boost of natural lemon flavor and tinge of yellow color to your cakes, muffins, cupcakes, ice cream, whipped cream or yogurt.

You only need a dollop or less than a teaspoon of the paste to pack a flavor punch to 500ml of water or 250g of flour dough.
