Ingredients: Grain [whole rye meal (38 %), oats (12 %), whole rye flour (6 %)], water, iodised salt (salt, potassium iodate), wheat germs (1 %), oat fibre, yeast.
May contain traces of sesame, soy, milk and tree nuts.
