Have tried others and this is not too sweet, and not tart well balanced. It is also perfect consistency. Just use it to spread on bread.

There is nothing better than those preserves. There is a perfect balance of sweet and sour in them. Especially in the fall there is nothing better than a tray of freshly baked plum butter yeast crescent rolls, I tell you!
