Description
Cloudberries are amber-colored fruits, similar to blackberries, that grown in temperate regions of the Northern hemisphere. They are also known as nordic berry, knotberry, low-bush slamonberry or averin berry. This Cloudberry preserve comes from handpicked fruits from Swedish bogs and is a favorite jam flavor in Nordic countries. They make a nutritious, tasty topping on toasted bread, waffles or, when heated, on top of vanilla ice cream.

Swedish Cloudberry Preserve
Because usual choices were unavailable, I decided to try this because I'd never had cloudberry before. I was pleasantly surprised. It has a very subtle, but pleasing taste and texture. I'll buy this product again.
