Description
Kuehne Pickcalilly (also often spelled piccalilli) is a take on the British classic of the same name which is a Western interpretation inspired by the pickled fruit and vegetable traditions of South Asia and the Indian Subcontinent. In place of mango or tamarind, this version contains pickled cucumbers, onions, and cauliflower in a spicy mustard sauce. Piccalilly is most often served cold either as a side dish or as a spread for sandwiches, breads and crackers.
