These cocktail (or silverskin) onions are pickled in white wine vinegar and make wonderful garnishes, appetizers and ingredients of charcuterie platters. German cuisine is famous for their pickled cucumbers, pickled onions sauerkraut, or red cabbage. Made in Germany by Kuehne, based in Hamburg, founded in 1722.

Excellent!
These are my new favorites. They're fresh, crunchy, and not too tart - just perfect. I also like the Kuehne "Gourmet Selection" Silverskin Cocktail Onions from this seller for a slightly milder taste. Always packed well and shipped fast.
