German creamy horseradish is known to be pungent and a great flavor addition to many meals. Made from the local Meerrettich (English: horseradish) and flavored with white wine vinegar, sugar and rapeseed oil.  Made by Kuehne, a well known vegetable and fruit processor, based in Hamburg.
