With this German Wiener Schnitzel Seasoning Mix, you can create a crispy, truly authentic veal or pork schnitzel. Add french fries with pommes mayo sauce, as it is served at many German restaurants.

DIRECTIONS:
Preparation for: 3 veal, pork or turkey cutlets (à 150 g)
1. Pour contents of the bag on a flat plate. Moisten Schnitzel well with cold water.
2. Place the cutlets in breadcrumbs, press firmly, turn again and press well.
3. In abundant hot oil, fry until golden brown over medium heat on both sides.
Tip: The Knorr chefs recommend using fries.
