Description
These coarsely ground half and half potato dumplings are a true Austrian specialty, based on the original "Waldviertel" recipe. Waldviertel is a region in Northern Austria, just below the Czech region of Bohemia, where potato farming has flourished since the empress Maria-Theresia (1740-1780). Serve these coarsely ground potatoes with pork roast or pork steak in beer sauce.
