From Regensburg, Bavaria, comes this truly authentic sweet, dark mustard. The ultimate condiment for Weisswurst and Weissbeer, but very suitable for many other meals. In food service size 11lbs.
Please note: we offer bulk products for restaurants and food service year-round; However, we do not have all items in stock at all times and procure them from various supplier partners, based on demand. On occasion and during peak season (between September and December), it may take 4-8 weeks to obtain inventory of food service items.

Great Stuff
We usually order a Spicier Bavarian brand from these guys but it was out of stock. This was nice surprise for sure!!!! If you need authentic German mustard and your go to brand is out this one is 100 percent a great option.
