Christmas holiday orders received in November may take 12-14 days from order receipt to fulfillment.
If you have a pressing deadline and need to "jump the line" during the holiday season, we offer this "expedited fulfiment" option on a limited basis. Your order will be fulfilled within two days.
Unsurprisingly, the time between October and December is our busiest season.
We offer over 800 delightful, hard-to-find German Christmas goodies for pre-order starting in July.
Once we receive our inventory at the beginning of November, we start to ship orders on a first-come, first serve basis (i.e. in the order they were received) as fast as we can.
