With this baking mix you can easily make delicious, moist coconut macarons at Christmas time. The baking mixture is enough for approx. 40 pieces / 2 baking trays. A great Christmas pastry idea and very easy to prepare.
You just need a baking sheet, baking paper and 3 egg whites.
