This is a great-tasting potato side dish: Dr. Knoll's pre-boiled potato dumplings. Simply mix content of bag with water or milk, dump into hot water, and serve with apple sauce or as side dish.  Less than 15 minutes preparation, great results.   An authentic German side dish to serve as a whole meal or with roasts..
