Absolutely Delicious!
I purchased this cheese to use in a pasta recipe however I also ordered extra to use on a charcuterie board. It is smooth and creamy yet it has phenomenal depth of flavor. My shipment arrived quickly, cold and very well packaged. Cambozola is difficult to find in local shops where I live so I will definitely be ordering more from this website.
