A classic Northern German specialty, Rollmops (iit. rolled pug dog) great snacks of picklea wrapped in herring and are reported by some to be a good hangover cure. Enjoy straight out of the jar with cut apples, potato/cabbage salad or on whole grain bread. Product of Canada.
