Right amount of sour
Hengstenberg Mildessa is my favorite one. It has the right amount of sour. It is ready to heat and eat. So convenient. It is great on Hot dogs, on a Reuben Sandwich, or as a side to Kassler, Bratwurst or any other meal. The amount is great for 2 people.

Leaking of bag
When I opened the box, there was leakage from one of the sauerkraut bags. Have never had this happen before. Kraut itself is good and I love these small packages because it is just enough for two people
