This restaurant-size pail contains 5kg (11lbs.) of authentic Swedish lingonberries, preserved in a sauce of sugar, water, fruit pectin and potassium sorbate. A delicacy that adds fruity berry flavor and texture to game and fish dishes, cakes and cookies, salads or sauces.
