Description
An essential Gluehwein spice mix to make authentic German Glühwein (mulled wine), from the specialty spice maker Eduard Dornberg GmbH, based in Aschaffenburg, Lower Franconia, Germany.
Contains whole pieces of cinnamon bark, clove, star anise, ginger and other spices. Just add to red wine, simmer in bowl on the stove for 20 minutes, add a shot of Cognac and serve.
