The sleeping spray can be used over the long-term. It is not known to have a habit-forming effect.
Directions: spray 2 – 3 puffs a day directly into the mouth about 30 minutes before going to bed. For jet lag: the beneficial impact is triggered if at least 1 puff (= 0.5 mg melatonin) if administered just before going to bed on the first day of travel and on the first few days after arrival at the destination.
