Sweeten up the winter season with Dr. Oetker’s "Warme Schokoküchlein" desserts. This mix makes four small chcolate lava cakes that are easz to prepare and quick to make.

Grease 4 heat-resistant molds (each with a capacity of around 150 ml) and place them on a baking tray.

Preheat oven. Top/bottom heat: around 200°C Hot air: around 180°C

Pour the base baking mix into a mixing bowl. Add 200ml whipping cream and mix with a whisk until smooth. Divide the dough evenly between the molds and bake for about 14-16 minutes. TIP: For a liquid core, only bake for 14 minutes.

Sprinkle the chocolate cakes with decorative sugar (supplied with the mix) and serve immediately.

This winter dessert is simply very special.
