This is a great-tasting potato side dish: Dr. Knoll's shredded potato pancakes. Simply mix content of bag with water or milk, fry in pan with hot oil, and serve with apple sauce or as side dish.  Less than 15 minutes preparation, great results.   An authentic German side dish to serve as a whole meal or with roasts..
