Description
"Grazer Ringer" are classic shortbread spritz cookies, made by pushing dough through a cookie press to make fancy designs and named after the Austrian city of Graz. This cookie is based on old Emsland (Lower Saxony) recipes and thus perfectly matches a strong cup of East Frisian tea. Or Bremen coffee, if you prefer.
Great for Kaffee Klatsch meetings or for breakfast.
