Description
These tasty Old Forest smoked salami whips are "must-have" items on the charcuterie board and are convenient to bring on trips or to the office. Shaped in long thin whips, they can be consumed anytime when you are hungry for a little protein snack. Made by Piller's Black Kassel, based in Waterloo, Ontario, a meat company with origins in Germany. The curing and smoking of the salami is based on traditional German and European craftsmanship.
The salami whips are free of all major allergens (no milk, eggs, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat and soybeans), no refrigeration needed and with long shelf life.
