A convenient way to serve a delicious salami variety on your charcuterie platter. This assortment contains salami with mustard seeds, Old German, and D'Amour Dry Aged Salami, each with a slightly different heat and flavor profile.
Made by Piller's Black Kassel, based in Waterloo, Ontario, a meat company with origins in Germany. The curing and smoking of the salami is based on traditional German and European craftsmanship.
The salami whips are free of all major allergens (no milk, eggs, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat and soybeans), no refrigeration needed and with long shelf life.
