Bärenmarke is one of Germany's best known dairy brand and synonymous for condensed milk used as coffee creamer. Established n 1912, the brand belongs today to the German dairy producer Hochwald (based in Rhineland Palatine) and its subsidiary Allgauer Alpenmilch GmbH. The milk comes from small farms in the Bavarian Alps. Bärenmarke coffee creamer balances bitter coffee notes with a mild milk flavor and smooth texture.
Honestly, I bought this because I love the bottles. They are so useful for other purposes. They make a great "travel bottle" for a picnic. The cream inside is good and you get a bit of a taste of "German Creamer" for a couple days. So, 5 stars for the bottle, 4 stars for the contents. And a thanks to Taste of Germany for carrying the product!
