Speculaas cookies were traditionally baked for the feast of St. Nicholas in Holland, but luckily are nowadays easily available year-round! Not to be confused with the Belgian speculoos, which are not as spiced, these speculaas cookies are full of spice and flavor! These crunchy windmill shaped cookies are a treat for the whole family.
