Roesti is a popular Swiss potato side dish most often served with Zurich Geschnetzeltes (Zurich-style sliced beef in mushroom sauce). The grated potatoes are pre-cooked, immediately sealed in the freshness pouch, and jkust have to be re-heated. Very convenient, authentic and delicious.
